Joe has spent his entire career in the motor industry starting as a Graduate Trainee with Austin Morris in 1973. He was appointed Chairman of Ford of Britain in January 2009. He is a former Chairman and CEO of Jaguar Land Rover and prior to that held senior roles in Ford of Europe, Ford N.America and Ford Global Marketing and Public Affairs
